At the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan, Expedition 41/42 Flight Engineer Elena Serova of the Russian Federal Space Agency (Roscosmos) is seen inside the Soyuz TMA-14M spacecraft Sept. 13 performing test procedures during the first of two "fit check" dress rehearsal activities. Serova, NASA Flight Engineer Barry Wilmore and Soyuz Commander Alexander Samokutyaev of Roscosmos will launch on Sept. 26, Kazakh time, in the Soyuz to begin a 5 ½ month mission on the International Space Station. Serova will become the fourth Russian woman to fly in space.
