NASA astronaut and Expedition 68 Flight Engineer Josh Cassada practices cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) during a medical emergency drill in the weightless environment of the International Space Station. During the chest compressions a patient would be restrained with harnesses and the rescuing crew member may position themselves by pushing themselves with their feet on an opposing surface or restrain themselves with a harness when compressing by the patient's side.
