Expedition 57 backup crew members Oleg Kononenko of Roscosmos (foreground) and David Saint-Jacques of the Canadian Space Agency report to Russian space officials Sept. 25 upon arriving at their launch site in Baikonur, Kazakhstan for final pre-launch training after a flight from their training base in Star City, Russia. They are backups to the prime crew members, Nick Hague of NASA and Alexey Ovchinin of Roscosmos, who will launch Oct. 11 from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan on the Soyuz MS-10 spacecraft for a six-month mission on the International Space Station.
